2025 PWA Constructors Champions!

2025 PWA Constructors Champions!

Winning the PWA Constructors Championship once again is something we are incredibly proud of. It confirms that the effort, time and passion we put into sail development truly make a difference. Pushing performance forward has always been at the heart of NeilPryde, and our history of championship titles is not just part of our DNA,  it remains our biggest motivation every single day.

At the same time, this title would not be possible without the exceptional skills, commitment, and courage of our team riders. Their willingness to push to the absolute limit, to go the last meter and take risks at exactly the right moments, is what ultimately turns performance into results on the water.

Last but not least, this championship is a huge credit to our sail designer, whose dedication to making our sails better never stops. His relentless drive for innovation, sometimes even beyond what seems reasonable at first, is a defining force behind our development. This victory shows that believing in those ideas and pushing boundaries is absolutely worth it.

PWA CONSTRUCTORS CHAMPIONSHIP RANKINGS EXPLAINED

PWA Constructors Championship Rankings are based on all results from 5* PWA events each year in Waves, Slalom X, Foil Slalom and Freestyle.

In each discipline, at each World Cup event, each brand will count the highest 2 finishing places for their team whether they are from the men's fleet, the women's fleet, or a mix of the two.

This will give a total of 2 scores which will be added together to calculate the brands’ score in that discipline, at that event.

The points in each discipline, from each event shall be added together, to create a board manufacturers ranking list and a sail manufacturers ranking list for each discipline.

The discipline ranking lists shall then be combined equally to create Overall Champions in each of the Board and Sail manufacturers divisions.

Each World Cup event counts toward the relevant discipline rankings. The discipline rankings are then combined equally to create the overall constructors rankings, the leader of which, at the end of the year is the Constructors Champion.

Rankings will be calculated in each new season after the second event is completed and then after each individual event.

This year, NeilPryde finished 1st in Freestyle and Slalom X, 2nd in Waves and 3rd in Foil Slalom, truly a magnificent effort by all of our team. Thank you to all our riders for pouring their hearts and souls into what they do and thank you again to Robert Stroj for your many years of dedication and endless enthusiasm for our amazing sport.
