(Junior) Marketing Manager Windsurf / SUP / Wingsurfing (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Media planning for print and online magazines
Planning, budgeting and preparation of dealer sales documents
Correspondence with magazines and printers including price negotiations
Organization and execution of events
Extensive support for our team riders
Preparation of the marketing budget
Communication with dealers & end users
Organization of photo shoots
Creation of an advertising and sales strategy
Communication with agencies & handling of projects

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or degree
Product knowledge in the field of windsurfing and/or wing surfing is desirable
Experience in marketing would be an advantage
Good computer skills (MS Office & Mac, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
Negotiation skills, cost awareness and an affinity for numbers
Flexibility and willingness to travel
