How can I buy NeilPryde products?

I saw that a product was available online but now is not anymore available, what to do next?

NeilPryde is not selling Windsurfing nor Waterwear and Accessories products via the website globally. We do however sell online in the U.S., this service is only available for shoppers from that region. We do not ship globally. If you are a customer in that region and you wanted to purchase an item that shows as “OUT OF STOCK”- please contact us at Neilpryde via the contact form and we will check if there is more stock available of that particular product.

For all other products, or repair services please contact a NeilPryde dealer near you, which you can find via our Store Finder.

Why don't you have prices on your website?

We don't show prices on our website because prices may vary from country to country. We recommend a visit to your local dealer to check out the price of your desired NeilPryde product. You can find a NeilPryde Dealer close to you via the Store Finder.

Where to check prices of products for Waterwear and Windsurfing?

How can I get a printed catalogue?

As we want to reduce the amount of printed catalogues, we would like to ask you to use our digital catalogue, which you can find in our archive.

I have ordered an Item, what will happen next and how long does it take until I receive it?

Thank you first of all for your order, usually, it takes about a week to process and send the item out for shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is sent out for shipping.

Whenever NeilPryde or one of our Team Riders are offering a clinic or whenever NeilPryde can be found at an event in one of our regions, we will ensure to post this on our clinics calendar.

I am a professional wind/kitesurfer and am looking for a professional sports sponsorship with NeilPryde Windsurf or Waterwear - How and where can I apply for a sponsorship?

We at NeilPryde are always interested to get to know prospect athletes and support watersports professionals. We are always renewing or starting new sponsorship contracts towards the end of each year, around October/November. This is generally the best time to reach out and apply. Who are we looking for? Literally everyone who is professionally practicing the sports. There are usually two options, either to become a national team rider or an international team rider. We recommend to reach out via our contact form, with your motivation letter, a CV, outlining why you would be a perfect fit for our brand. We will get back to you after carefully reviewing the application.
