The "Surfer of the year" award is organized by the German "Surf" magazine.
Congratulations to Philip Köster who took the “Surfer of the year” title in the national category of the competition by German Surf Magazine in Dusseldorf.
Philip Koster, won his first PWA wave event last year in Pozo - a great achievement considering the number of highly skilled sailors on tour.
Philip was said to be one to watch out for in the future, however, he has proved he is already a formidable competitor.
